Buddy is everything you're looking for in a family pet! Young; just turned two. Nice size; he weighs 22lbs now and is working on losing a couple pounds. Crate trained, housebroken, social with people of all ages and loves other dogs! He loves to play with toys and really loves snuggling too! So why is he looking for a home you ask?! Well in his previous home, he lived with small birds, he REALLY liked these birds. One day one of them got loose and he killed it. This really upset his owners. He became increasingly pushy with the household cat after that and the owners weren't interested in working through it. He also showed possessiveness with toys around the visiting grandchildren which was concerning. Buddy came to me for fostering and training and is doing great! I think he will thrive in a household that is active, has children over 8, and a fenced backyard. He loves to be spoiled but has shown he can be spoiled too much for his own good! He thrives with excersice, training, and clear boundaries.
